silliness & a small flood

Tonight I was sitting in my room, working on a JavaScript tutorial (Code Year!!!) when I heard the sound of water hitting a metal bowl. I thought "Hmm. I wonder why Melissa put a metal bowl in the bathtub. Oh well." I continued with my tutorial.

After a while I decided I should probably investigate. The metal sound was actually the water spilling over the sink onto the lid of the metal trash can. At first I thought a pipe had burst. Then I noticed the faucet was on.

My 6-month roommate (while Ali is in India) had a guest who accidentally left the sink on in the bathroom. It doesn't drain spectacularly well. I'm surprised the cats didn't play in it.

It was a bit wet, and pretty hilarious.
