Went into Manhattan today with Roommate. Had a grand old time. It's a pretty big place. We walked around for about 4 hours, I think, and barely covered any of it. Silly stores and silly restaurants, and silly drag queens singing for 50 cents. The buildings are very tall and numerous. I could see how it would be fun to really get to know an area of NY City.
Elliot Smith died yesterday, so Katelyn is pretty bummed. She emailed Solon, and he is also very bummed out. He stabbed himself one time in the chest. Pretty gruesome. His music is beautiful.
Tomorrow I'm meeting Andy in the city and we are going to have entirely too much fun. He is fabulous.
